Every year games are made based on popular movies. But Aliens vs. Predator has the distinction of being based on not one but two movie licenses: the Aliens and Predator series. Within the game, as a first-person shooter, you'll have access to 40 individual levels in order to battle it out as an Alien, a Predator, or a Colonial Marine. As if it were three games in one, this leaves you faced with entirely different gameplay, as each type of creature has its own strengths and flaws. Each species also has its own set of objectives. As a Colonial Marine whose base has been overrun, you'll use a plethora of weapons including a pulse rifle, minigun, flamethrower, and grenade launcher as you fight both to save your life and to find a way home.
